Admission to the doctoral or continuing education programme:Once you have decided which doctoral, masters or postgraduate programme you want to follow, you should contact the programme coordinator (link to a pop-up with the list of coordinators) and apply for admission. The department arranges the provisional registration and decides which students to admit. This is an important stage because the coordinator will advise you on any details you should be aware of (documents, units to choose, grants, etc.) before enrolling. Enrolment takes place at the School of Doctoral Studies (Escola de Doctorat).

Provisional registration opens in July, but you should check the precise period for registration in your particular programme, as dates vary. We also recommend contacting the department in charge of your programme anytime from March onwards in order to get all the information you need with plenty of time to spare before the deadline.
